this bottle is great for fussy/ gassy babies. there is noticably less air in the bottle so less gas & spit up which my son had problems with when he was a newborn with other bottles. I love the shape of it. makes it alot easier to hold & don't have to lay the baby down so much to feed which produces less gas as well. I have to say a con is the bottom does come unscrewed sometimes but it isn't a big deal. definitely would recommend
